At Muslim Brand Pro we believe that your success is our success. That’s why we want to make every effort to help your business succeed.

Although we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for any of our digital products, we do offer our customer satisfaction guarantee for all our services. This means that for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the quality or content of our services, we will provide a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

For purchases of our Services including (but not limited to) logo design, Facebook ads, blog posts, product description, website content, and custom content, we do offer a customer service guarantee which allows you 1 to 3 revisions (depending on the service purchased). If after the last revision you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund.

Returns & Refunds

Muslim Brand Pro products are all digital goods which can be downloaded directly from our website or from associated links sent to you once your purchase is complete. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds for digital purchases.

However, in the event of an error in purchase, such as a damaged file, or if you mistakenly purchase the same product more than once, you may be eligible for a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Please note that each refund request is on a case by case basis. Depending on the type of service provided you may or may not be eligible for a full or partial refund. Muslim Brand Pro reserves the right to issue or deny refunds based on the services provided. This offer is subject to change without notice.
