Returns & Refunds

Muslim Brand Pro products are all digital goods which can be downloaded directly from our website or from associated links sent to you once your purchase is complete. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds for digital purchases.

However, in the event of an error in purchase, such as a damaged file, or if you mistakenly purchase the same product more than once, you may be eligible for a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@muslimbrandpro.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any purchases made on our website.

Services Guarantee

For purchases of our Services (such as logo design, Facebook ads, blog posts etc.) we do offer a customer service guarantee which allows you 1 to 3 revisions (depending on the service purchased). If after the last revision you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund.
